A superstructure system designed for the safe and efficient transportation of passenger vehicles, with a hydraulic system and a capacity to carry up to 5 vehicles. The system provides maximum loading capacity and operational ease thanks to its double-deck transport platform and hydraulic lifting mechanism.
Platform Structure
• The upper platform is movable via a hydraulic lifting system.
• The lower platform is a fixed transport platform.
• Platform surfaces are constructed with a steel structure to prevent tire slipping.
• Tie-down points are integrated into the platform for vehicle securing.
• Platforms are designed with a low loading angle to facilitate easy vehicle loading.
Hydraulic System

Material and Manufacturing
• The platform and carrier structure are manufactured from high-strength steel (S355).
• Welding processes are carried out in accordance with relevant TS and DIN standards.
• Tolerances are applied in accordance with DIN ISO 2768 standards.
Surface Treatment
• Full galvanization is applied to ensure longer service life and reduced maintenance costs.
• Aluminum cladding with paint in the requested color is applied to the side surfaces of the vehicle.
