Platform Structure
• The system consists of two main sections: a truck-mounted carrier structure and a centrally connected trailer (semi-trailer).
• The upper platforms are movable via hydraulic lifting and angular adjustment systems.
• The lower platforms are fixed and optimized for vehicle positioning.
• The central connection system ensures balanced load distribution between the truck and the trailer.
• Platform surfaces are constructed from high-strength steel to prevent tire slipping.
• A sufficient number of tie-down points (lashing rings) are integrated into the platforms for secure vehicle fastening.
• Platforms are designed with a low approach angle to enable easy loading and unloading.
• A hydraulic or mechanical ramp system is located at the rear of the trailer.
Hydraulic System
• Lifting, lowering, and angular adjustment of the upper platforms are performed by hydraulic cylinders.
• The system operates via a PTO-driven hydraulic pump powered by the towing vehicle.
• Hydraulic functions on the truck and trailer can be controlled either in an integrated or independent manner.
• Operation is controlled via manual control valves or an optional remote control system.
• The hydraulic system is equipped with pressure relief valves and balance valves to ensure operational safety.
Electrical and Lighting System
• The system is fully compatible with the towing vehicle’s 24V electrical infrastructure.
• Standard ISO-compliant electrical connection sockets are used between the truck and the trailer.
• All wiring is routed داخل protective spirals and cable channels to withstand external factors, vibration, and mechanical impacts.
• The vehicle is equipped with tail lights, signal lights, work lights (on the platform and rear), fog light, license plate illumination, and side marker lights.
• The lighting and reflector system is positioned in compliance with road traffic regulations and relevant ECE standards.
Material and Manufacturing
• Platforms and the main carrier structure are manufactured from high-strength S355 grade steel.
• The chassis and connection points are produced as reinforced constructions suitable for heavy-duty applications.
• Welding processes are carried out in accordance with relevant TS and DIN standards.
• Manufacturing tolerances comply with DIN ISO 2768 standards.
Surface Treatment
• The entire structure is fully galvanized to ensure long service life and high corrosion resistance.
• Aluminum cladding with paint can be applied to side surfaces upon request.
• Reflective strips and markings are applied to ensure high visibility.
